  • What are the 2 Village entrances?
    1: The West Gate has 24/7 access and is very close to the unit 2: the East Gate, which is much farther away.   • Is there parking?
    Yes. There is a one-car garage, and also ample parking outside of the unit.
  • What should we do before final checkout?
    -Do not strip the sheets from the beds, the maid will take care of that. -Set the thermostat to 80 in the summer, and 65 in the winter. -Take the trash down to the garage trash can. -Lock all doors. -Leave spare keys on the dining room table. -After locking the front door, leave that key in the lock box.
  • What kind of TV's are there?
    The living room has a 55" flat screen with basic cable channels, and a DVD player attached. Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services are ready for you to log in. Two of the bedrooms also have TV's.
  • Is there a jacuzzi bathtub?
    Yes! The control dial is located near the mirror, just set the timer which activates the jets and heater. Do not activate the timer until the tub is full.
  • Is there a barbecue pit?
    Yes. As per Housing Authority rules, please keep the barbecue over the concrete, and not on the wooden deck.
  • Is there a washer/dryer?
    YES
  • What kind of coffee makers are there?
    There is a Keurig, and also a drip coffee maker. Pods and loose ground coffee is available.
  • What do I do with the trash?
    There is a large trash can located in the corner of the garage.
  • What is the WIFI password?
    It is printed on a sign that you can find in the corner of the dining area.
  • Are there dishes and kitchen tools available?
    Yes, all basic utensils are stocked. If you notice anything missing, please let us know and we will replace it ASAP.
